Nanomedicine Therapeutics Holds Inaugural Online Editorial Board Meeting to Advance Global Development Strategy

On April 28, 2026, Nanomedicine Therapeutics successfully held its inaugural online Editorial Board Meeting via a virtual conferencing platform, organized by the journal's Editorial Office. The meeting brought together 36 Associate Editors, Editorial Board Members, and Youth Editorial Board Members from China, the United States, Portugal, Israel, Singapore, and other countries and regions. Editor-in-Chief Prof. Xiangyang Shi actively participated throughout the meeting and provided strategic guidance on the journal's future development.

The meeting served as an important platform for in-depth discussions on the journal's positioning, academic quality assurance, manuscript management, international collaboration, and brand development. Participants exchanged valuable insights and recommendations aimed at strengthening the journal's academic influence and global visibility.

In his remarks, Prof. Shi emphasized that Nanomedicine Therapeutics is an international, peer-reviewed, open access interdisciplinary journal dedicated to building a high-quality and high-impact academic platform in the field of nanomedicine and precision therapeutics. The journal focuses on frontier research at the intersection of nanotechnology and biomedical therapeutics, covering areas such as nanoparticle design, drug delivery systems, disease diagnosis, theranostics, and translational nanomedicine. Through rigorous academic standards and an international development strategy, the journal aims to continuously enhance its global academic presence.

Prof. Shi also introduced the journal's publishing vision and long-term development plans. Nanomedicine Therapeutics will publish a broad range of article types, including original research articles, reviews, perspectives, short communications, and commentaries, with the goal of promoting the integration of fundamental nanomedicine research and clinical translation. To ensure both academic rigor and publication efficiency, the journal has established a standardized and efficient editorial workflow jointly coordinated by the Editorial Office and the Editorial Board.
