The journal Cancer Drug Resistance is pleased to announce a media partnership with the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR) and Boehringer Ingelheim for the upcoming EACR-Boehringer Ingelheim Conference: Drugging and Regulating the MAP Kinase Pathway. This virtual event, accessible worldwide, is scheduled to take place on 11-12 February 2025.

This conference, now in its second edition, is organized jointly by EACR and Boehringer Ingelheim. It will delve into both the basic and clinical facets of Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK) pathway regulation, a pathway frequently mutated in human cancers. The program is designed to present groundbreaking insights into the mechanisms of new-generation pan-RAS inhibitors and rational combination therapies.

Targeted at researchers from both academia and industry, the conference will explore the role of the MAPK pathway in genetically targeted and immune-based anticancer therapies. Additionally, it will cover mechanistic aspects of gene regulation, target validation, and drug development, as well as emerging translational and clinical opportunities offered by small molecule inhibitors.
