Tucheng Sun

Prof. Sun is the Director of the Department of Cardiac and Great Vessel Surgery at Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital and Director of Adult Cardiac Surgery Division II at the Guangdong Cardiovascular Institute. Trained at the Berlin Heart Center, he specializes in valvular heart disease, coronary artery disease, and complex aortic disorders, particularly aortic dissection and aneurysm. Prof. Sun has led numerous high-risk cardiovascular procedures, including a record-setting pediatric thoracoabdominal aortic replacement surgery in China, and has actively promoted the clinical application of innovative domestic medical devices.

Joseph S. Coselli, MD, FACS, is Professor and Chief of Adult Cardiac Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine and a globally recognized authority in aortic surgery. He is internationally known for his pioneering work in thoracic and thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm repair, as well as the management of complex aortic diseases and dissections. Dr. Coselli has performed thousands of major aortic procedures and has made significant contributions to advancing surgical techniques, organ protection strategies, and clinical outcomes through his extensive research and publications in cardiovascular surgery.
