The Journal of Materials Informatics is delighted to announce a forthcoming Special Issue dedicated to the cutting-edge domain of "Design of Polymer and its Composites driven by data and domain knowledge". This issue is particularly timely, reflecting the pivotal role that data-centric approaches, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and big data analytics, are playing in the revolution of polymer science and engineering.
