Topic: Construction and Decision Support of Tumor AI Models for Clinical Practice.

The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in clinical settings is rapidly expanding, particularly in revolutionizing cancer care. This special issue, "Construction and Decision Support of Tumor AI Models for Clinical Practice" focuses on the development and implementation of AI-guided clinical diagnosis and treatment. We aim to highlight advanced decision support systems, including those powered by large language models, that provide intelligent assistance throughout the entire patient journey.

We invite submissions of original research and reviews that explore the construction of holistic AI-driven frameworks. Topics of high interest include, but are not limited to:

1. Developing AI systems that assist in the full spectrum of oncology care, from prevention and screening to diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation 

(the prevention–screening–diagnosis–treatment–rehabilitation continuum).

2. Leveraging AI for automated parsing of clinical text, electronic health records, and scientific.

3. Pioneering methods for integrating diverse data types, including medical imaging (radiology, pathology), omics data, clinical notes, and biomarker information, to create a comprehensive patient profile for personalized care.

4. Employing AI to accelerate cohort studies, basic science research, and the translation of discoveries into clinical practice.

5. Addressing the challenges and solutions for deploying these AI decision support tools seamlessly into real-world clinical workflows.

This issue seeks to bridge the gap between AI innovation and practical clinical integration, fostering a new era of data-driven and patient-centric oncology.
