Special Issue Introduction

This Special Issue mainly explores the latest advancements in hydrogen storage materials, emphasizing their development and utilization in energy applications. Hydrogen storage is pivotal for the transition to sustainable energy systems, offering solutions for renewable energy integration and emission reduction. The issue covers novel materials such as metal-organic frameworks, nanostructured composites, and solid-state hydrogen storage technologies. It also addresses challenges in material stability, hydrogen capacity, and kinetics. Contributions highlight breakthroughs in synthesis methods, characterization techniques, and practical applications, providing insights into the future direction of hydrogen storage research and its role in a clean energy future.
