The Rare Disease and Orphan Drugs Journal Receives Its First Impact Factor of 1.9

Clarivate Analytics released the 2025 edition of the Journal Citation Reports (JCR) on June 17, 2026. We are delighted to announce that Rare Disease and Orphan Drugs Journal (RDODJ) has received its inaugural Impact Factor (IF) of 1.9. In the Genetics & Heredity category, RDODJ is ranked 140th among 192 journals (Q3). In the Pharmacology & Pharmacy category, RDODJ ranks 253rd among 356 journals (Q3).

This important milestone reflects the collective dedication of our Editorial Board, the high-quality contributions of our authors, the rigorous work of our peer reviewers, and the continuous support of our readers. Since its inception, RDODJ has remained firmly committed to upholding scientific integrity, advancing editorial excellence, and fostering global dialogue in the field of rare diseases and orphan drugs.
