On September 16, 2024, the team led by Professor John P. A. Ioannidis from Stanford University, in collaboration with Elsevier, released the seventh edition of the 2024 World's Top 2% Scientists list. This prestigious ranking identifies the top 2% of scientists globally from over 7 million scientists, spanning 22 fields and 174 sub-disciplines. The list is renowned for its transparency and authority, offering an objective and comprehensive evaluation of scientific impact and research achievements.
