Congratulations to Dr. Shuhan Jiang on Receiving the Young Scientist Prize for Best Scientific Talk at GSEV2024
The Editorial Office of Extracellular Vesicles and Circulating Nucleic Acids (EVCNA) is thrilled to announce that Dr. Shuhan Jiang has been awarded the Young Scientist Prize for Best Scientific Talk at the Annual Meeting of the German Society for Extracellular Vesicles (GSEV2024), held on October 1-2, 2024, in Hamburg, Germany. Co-sponsored by the EVCNA journal and GSEV, this prize recognizes Dr. Jiang's outstanding scientific presentation. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to her on this well-deserved achievement!

The award was presented by Dr. Kerstin Menck (left), GSEV President and Junior Board member of EVCNA, alongside Prof. Michael Pfaffl (right), GSEV Board Member and Associate Editor of EVCNA.
Dr. Jiang completed her Medical Degree at Guangzhou Medical University in China (2013 to 2018), followed by a Master's degree in Reproductive & Developmental Biology at Imperial College London, UK (2018 to 2019). She then pursued her DPhil at the University of Oxford under the guidance of Prof. Manu Vatish, focusing on the characterization of placental extracellular vesicles and their relationship with the human renal system in preeclampsia patients. In 2023, Dr. Jiang advanced her research on extracellular vesicles as a postdoctoral fellow in the group of Prof. Vahid Sandoghdar at the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light (MPL) in Erlangen.
